House. Late C18. Render over Pennant rubble and brick, brick gable stack and slate mansard and pantile hipped roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Central door and C20 lead-clad porch. 8/8-pane horned sashes, 6/6-panes over the door; brick relieving arches and parapet, C20 dormers. Left-hand elevation has 2-window range, a full height, 3-light canted bay on the right, flush frames with 10/10-pane and flanking 6/6-pane sashes; C20 ground-floor window inserted to right of bay, 6/6-pane sash above. INTERIOR: moulded cornice in the hall, wainscot in front right room, and fielded shutters to front left window.
