House, formerly pair of cottages. Early C19 with older origins, altered C20. Red brick in Flemish bond with flared headers, plain-tile roof and brick ridge stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. C20 door to far left with flat-arched head and C20 hood. 2-light casement windows to ground and 1st floors with flat-arched heads. Rendered plinth, cogged brick eaves and 2 gable roof dormer windows. Single-storey rear extension or outshut with catslide roof. INTERIOR has stone cellar with chamfered spine beam. Winder stairs. Tie beam and strut visible to roof of kitchen in extension, another probably concealed by partioning. Chamfered spine beam to 1st-floor room.
