II
House. 1933, by Colin Lucas as weekend house for himself in the International style. Rendered concrete. South elevation. Projecting dining room with sun-terrace over to left, inset ground floor window to right with large window above and balcony that returns round east side with stair leading down to east on line of south elevation. Roof overhangs both balconies with projecting joists. East elevation. Balcony to left with stair leading down, mentioned above. Large window below balcony. North elevation. Two-storey stair window to right. West elevation. Main entrance inset in re-entrant angle to left, first floor supported on square pier at corner of block. Double glazed doors. All original metal-framed casements survive. Interior. Concrete spiral staircase.
