Cottage. Early C17, altered and extended early C20. Timber frame, brick infill; thatched gable roof. Rectangular plan of 2 framed bays with single-storey extension on west. 2 storeys, 2 chimneys, each projecting from end gables. C20, leaded casement windows. Entrance (west) front: irregular. Roof carried over single-storey extension on right to low eaves level; one 2-light window in extension. To left of this 2 windows on first floor; one single light and one 2-light. One 3-light window on ground floor. C20 plain entrance door on right return of extension with shallow pitch tile roof over. Garden (east) front: 2 bays. Two, 2-light windows on first floor, 2 garden doors and 2 small windows on ground floor under C20 thatched verandah. Interior: some timber frame exposed.
