BENENDEN TQ8031 COLDHARBOUR ROAD, Iden Green 1350-0/8/10 Thorne Charity House II House, at one time 3 cottages. C18 refronting of C16 or earlier timber-framed building. Ground floor red brick, 1st floor weatherboarded to front and tile hung to side elevation with some curved tiles. Tiled roof, half-hipped to left with off-central brick ridge stack and external C16 brick stack to right hand side. 2 storeys and attics in gable end; 4 windows. Casements with some traces of diamond mullions. 2 doorcases with flat wooden hoods on brackets. Right hand side elevation is jettied: Interior not inspected but curved braces and C16 3 plank door to upper storey visible from exterior.
