GV II

Farmhouse, Late C17 and C18. Rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. Plain tile roofs with brick ridge stacks, a stack in the pitch of the roof and an external stack.' Rectangular plan with two projecting gabled wings. Two storeys South elevation left to right. Single light window with flush stone surround to ground and first floor. -Projecting gabled bay with a 3-light recessed chamfer mullion window with dripmould to-each floor. To the right a 2-light recessed chamfer mullion window with dripmould and a 3-light square section flush mullion window with dripmould continuing to the right over the doorway with chamfered surround. C19.five panelled door, the top two glazed, Two 2-light square section flush mullion windows above. Gabled bay to the right with a 4-light square section flush mullion window with dripmould to the ground floor. Similar 3-light window above and a blocked single light in the gable. At the east end a room with C17 panelling with raised and fielded panels and fluted pilasters. C19 staircase and Minton tiled floor in the entrance hall.
