Semi-detached pair appearing as one composition. Stucco with slated roof. 2 and 3 storeys. 3 windows and single-window recessed right-hand extension. Central bay projects with later ground floor extension. Plain square-headed entrances with part-glazed doors to projecting bay and recessed extension. 12-pane hornless sashes apart from 1st floor flanking central bay of 18 panes. Moulded eaves cornice breaking forward at angles to suggest pilaster capitals. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: No.12 has garden front entrance of door with 6 fielded panels and radial bar fanlight. Attached garden wall of rendered stone with square piers surmounted by vases. These 2 houses form an important feature of Holy Trinity Churchyard.
