Inn. C18 to C16/C17 core. Painted brick; timber-frame; plain tile roof with 2 ridge lines; C18 brick stack to rear. 2-storeys; 4-window range: to left, C20, 4/8 sash and late C19 margin glazed sash in broad case, in close studding; to right, 2 further margin glazed sashes in moulded cases under segmental arches, in painted brickwork, under brick modillion eaves. Blocked doorway under gauged brick arch, to right; 2 C20 canted bays; entrance to passageway in moulded frame, under moulded bressummer, to right. Passageway has exposed stop chamfered ceiling beam; C16 and C17 timber-framing, with brick infill; C20 battened plank door in earlier frame, to right; 2 C20 casements over reused joist as lintel, to rear; C19 and C20 wings to rear, with C20 fenestration, further, small C19 brick stack. INTERIOR: ground floor has much exposed timber-framing and ceiling beams; exposed ceiling beams and timber-framing, 1st floor left.
