Coach house. C18. Brick; hipped roof of old plain tiles with twin gables to rear. 2-storeys; plank hoist door under timber lintel with mutilated hoist beam. To right, C19 plank double doors in earlier frame under segmental arch; to left, C20 garage doors under concrete lintel, with two mutilated openings over, under segmental arches. Right returned side of coursed rubble, retaining 3 wood-barred lights. Left returned side of brick over rubble. Rear: loft door in left gable; shutter in right gable; both under brick segmental arches in stone rubble; entrance to left has C20 double doors; to right, door and overlight; to far right, 2-light casement. INTERIOR: retains some boarded lining; hatches to loft; roof has king-post on massive tie-beam, with heavy trusses to front wall and gables, and lighter king-post trusses to hips; heavy gable purlins supporting boarded, leaded valley.
