Two houses, now house and offices. Early C19, possibly with
earlier origins; late C19 alteration. Painted brick in English
garden-wall bond, on painted stone plinth at front; left side
of coursed rubble stone, overbuilt in orange-red brick in
English garden-wall bond; timber doorcases; coped gables and
shaped kneelers to pantile roof; brick end and centre stacks.
3-storey 4-window front. Paired doorcases of plain pilasters
and moulded console cornice hoods contain 6-panel doors with
overlights. 2 single-pane sashes on ground floor of No.31, and
one 4-pane sash to No.33. On first floor, window over door to
No.33 is 12-pane sash; remainder are 16-pane sashes.
Second-floor windows are unequal 9-pane sashes. Ground- and
first-floor windows have painted wedge lintels; all windows
have painted stone sills.
