Includes: No.38 WELSH BACK Centre. Terrace of 3 houses, now 2 attached offices. Early C18, rebuilt c1970. Brick stretcher bond, with limestone dressings, gable stacks and a pantile double-pile roof. Double-depth plan. Early Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys; 5-window range. No.12 is a C20 facsimile of No.10; each has quoins to a timber modillion eaves cornice and coped gables. Inner Tuscan pedimented doorcases, flat brick arched windows with keys to 6/6-pane sashes, and 3 dormers. INTERIOR: completely rebuilt c1970. Included for its group value.
