Attached house, now shop. From 1762 and completed c1800. By Thomas Paty. Limestone ashlar with party wall stacks and pantile mansard roof. Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian style. 3 storeys and attic; 4-window range. A C20 shop front with C19 scrolled consoles at the ends of a dentil cornice, pilasters, cornice and parapet. 6/9-pane first-floor sashes, 6/6-pane second-floor sashes, and 3 hipped dormers. INTERIOR: largely remodelled shop interior; an elliptical entrance hall arch with fluted pilasters. Park Street was developed over some 40 years, was severely damaged c1940, and much rebuilt in facsimile after the war.
