Includes: Nos.321 AND 323 DOWRY PARADE Hotwells. Terrace of 5 houses and public house. Early C19. Render with limestone dressings, party wall stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys and basement; 1-window range. Parapeted terrace has left-hand semicircular-arched doorways with key and impost, plate-glass fanlights and 6-panel doors. No.1 has entrance in symmetrical 3-window range. Horned 6/6-pane sashes, No.2 has 8/8-pane sashes. The public house has a symmetrical 3-window range with a central doorway, and windows with glazing bars under a timber cornice to the right. INTERIOR: dogleg stair with stick balusters and column newels, 6-panel doors.
