Cottage and attached barn. Probably late C18, with C19 and C20 alteration and extension. Cottage of painted rubble stone and stone facing veneer, on brick plinth; barn of coursed rubble stone; pantile roof, with right end and centre left brick stacks to cottage. 1 storey and attic; 3-bay front to cottage, with 1-storey bay to right. Entrance to house in left return. Ground floor windows all C20, of 2 lights at left end, and 3 lights to right; raking dormers to attic, with 2-light large-pane casements. 2 windows to right have flat arches of voussoirs. Barn has blocked doorway to left, and 2 blocked ventilation slits to right.
