Shop and office. Early C18, with C19 and C20 alterations. Painted brick in Flemish bond at front; rear and right return of red brick; painted stone plinth with brick and stone steps. Painted raised chamfered quoins and dressings, and moulded timber eaves cornice on consoles, returned at each end. Coped gables with shaped kneelers, and brick end stacks to double span pantile roof. Central-entry double-depth plan. Basement, 3-storeys-and-attic; 3-window front. 3 steps up to part-glazed door with patterned overlight in plain doorcase with cornice hood; enlarged tripartite windows with square pane glazing on each side. First floor windows are 12-pane sashes; on second floor, unequal 9-pane sashes; all in plain raised surrounds with stone sills. 2 gabled dormers with 9-pane windows in attic. Rear: 3-storeys, 3-windows. Ground floor obscured by roofed-in yard. On first and second floors, original 12-pane and 9-pane sashes survive to right, replaced elsewhere by 4-pane sashes. All have flat arches of gauged brick with stone keyblocks. Right return: paired gable walls, each of 3 storeys and 1 window. Front range has glazed shop door with patterned overlight to left of C19 four-pane sash; first and second floor windows now blocked. Rear range has 6-panel door to right of C20 window; 12- and 9-pane sash on first and second floors respectively. All openings except later windows, but including those now blocked, have flat arches of gauged brick with stone keyblocks.
