Terrace of 3 houses. c1900. By Edward Ould. Ashlar with timber
framing and tile hanging; tile roof with ashlar stacks.
Vernacular Revival style. 2 storeys; 3-window range.
Projecting gable to left end; gable to right end. Ground floor
has 3-light double-chamfered-mullioned windows with
small-paned casements, end windows with label moulds with
heart motifs to ends; 1st floor has 2 wooden ovolo-mullioned
windows and casement window, central window in gabled
half-dormer, all with leaded glazing. Entrance in recessed
porch to angle of wing with round timber post, paired
entrances under lean-to canopy; board doors with strap hinges.
Return lateral stacks and cross-axial stack. Rear dormer
windows. INTERIOR not inspected. Part of a village planned for
the Wightwick Manor (q.v.) estate, but not completed.
