House, forming part of the former Prenton Hall Farmhouse. C17 origins remodelled in the later C18. Roughly coursed and squared sandstone with some roughcast render, and Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, the original planning altered on re-modelling and subdivision. Paired gables face the street, with central entrance. 4-panelled door with entablature over carried on brackets flanked by 16-pane sash window with flat arched head to left, and earlier 4-light ovolo moulded mullioned window to the right. Jambs and possible heads of earlier windows visible beyond existing windows. Two 16-pane sash windows to first floor with continuous string course defining the paired gables, each of which has an oculus. Stone coping to right-hand gable. Axial brick stack between the two gables. Present entrance inserted in return elevation, with various inserted windows. The rest of the original Prenton Hall adjoins to the east (q.v. Prenton Hall (east)).
