Two houses, now one shop. Mid C18, possibly with earlier origins; late C19-C20 alteration. Painted brick at front, rubble stone at rear; brick centre stack to pantile roof. 2-storey-and-attic; 3-window front. 2 pilastered shop fronts, the right one with recessed glazed door to right of canted 3-light shop window; left one has plate-glass shop window; both have roller blind boxes complete with fittings. At far left, board door with glazed panel gives access to rear passage. First floor windows are single-pane sashes with painted stone sills and timber lintels. 2 flat dormers with 2x4-light windows in attic. Rear: catslide roof with raking dormer and 2-light large-pane sliding sash.
