GV II
House and hall, originally vicarage and church hall for Church of St Mark with Christchurch (q.v.), now in use as offices. 1876, possibly by John Wild. Coursed and squared stone, cut in small blocks. Welsh slate roof. Building facing street formerly vicarage: 2 storeys 2-window range with central entrance. Arched doorway in shallow gabled porch, flanked by triple arched windows with 2-pane sashes. 3-light windows above with moulded lintels beneath gables with quatrefoil decoration. End wall stacks. Church hall forms rear wing. Stone plinth wall with cast-iron railings forms boundary with street. Included for group value with St Mark with Christchurch.
