GV II
House, now shop and offices. Mid C18, altered mid C19 with c1980 alterations. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Central shop entrance has step up to half-glazed door flanked by Tuscan columns; yard-passage door at right end has glazed door and plain overlight. Ground-floor shop windows altered c1975; convex brackets to canted oriels with slender mullions, under full width fascia and pent roof through which both rise as stone canted bay windows and which forms hood over shop entrance. Bays have convex sides and plain sashes, those on top floor smaller. Eaves band and coped roof parapet. Low pitched roof has truncated end chimneys. INTERIOR: not inspected.
