House in row. Late C18/early C19. Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof, brick stack.
Three storeys and basement, two-windowed. Tall 12-pane sash at first floor to brick voussoirs and keystone, stone cill. The ground floor is rebuilt C20 with tripartite 8:12:8-pane sash under stone frieze and drip course, basement grille. To right is six-panel door under transom light. Stack to right, low-pitched hipped slate roof behind parapet with a projecting box eaves over a plain frieze band. A deep back wing has a large 12-pane sash, and two 20-pane sashes at two levels; stack near back of wing.
