Lychgate to former church of St Clement (built 1779, demolished 1949). Late C18, altered. Brick with red sandstone dressings, wooden turret and tiled spirelet. Elaborate lychgate facing north with semi-circular entrance arch, ramped flanking side walls (that on west side with small round-headed doorway in south face); octagonal black and white louvred wooden bell turret over the arch, with tiled spirelet.
