GV II
House. Early C17. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; stone ridge stacks. 3-unit lobby-entry plan. One-storey and attic; 3-window range. Timber lintel over stepped-ovolo-moulded doorway: C17 plank door with iron fittings. C20 stone porch. Timber lintels over C20 windows; late C19 two-light casement in gabled dormer. Interior: room to right has keyed and chamfered stone fireplace and stop-chamfered beams. Room to left has stepped-ovolo-moulded beam and stop-chamfered joists with scribed soffits; large stone lintel over stone fireplace. Lobby has C17 panelled door. Collar-truss roof with butt-purlins: room on right is open to roof, and ceiled with stop-chamfered beam to left. A good C17 vernacular interior.
