Farmhouse, C17, rubble stone with stone slate roof and end stacks. Two storeys and attic. Front range has base of a stack on ridge. Windows on each floor to left are 3-light cyma-moulded flush mullion windows of C18 type. To right, two hipped dormers and chamfered recessed mullion windows to main floors, two 3-lights above, door with sidelights and two 3-lights below. Dripcourse across whole front and flush quoins. West end has attic 2-light chamfered recessed mullion window and hoodmould, east end has blocked 2-light to main floors. Large central rear wing with chamfered recessed mullion windows on west side, 3-light and 2- light above, 2-light and pair of C19 windows below. North end has similar 2-light to attic and first floor. East side lean-to verandah. Main range has, to rear right, door and 3-light cyma- moulded flush mullion window, and first floor 2-light chamfered recessed mullion window.
