TADMARTON MAIN STREET SP33NE (South side) 2/102 Chest tomb to William Potar. Approx 2 metres east of porch of Church of St Nicholas GV II Chest tomb. C17. Ironstone. Panelled sides with Ionic columns and strapwork decoration. Moulded and chamfered thick stone slab. Inscription: "Heare lyeth the body of William Potar who deceased this life the 3 daye of May Anno 1648 ...."
