Row of six almshouses, built 1675 for Isaac Lyte of Easton Piercy, Alderman of London. Rubble stone with ashlar dressings, stone slate roof, coped gables and saddlestone. Three large rear chimney gables. Regular six-gabled front with 3-light ovolo-moulded stone mullion windows, hoodmoulds to upper windows and dripcourse over ground floor. Six doors in flush moulded and stopped surrounds with steps up, one door each end and paired doors between second and third windows and between fourth and fifth windows. Third gable has first floor corniced plaque recording Lyte's benefaction below window and boldly carved large arms canted out above.
