Shop and dwelling. Late C18, altered C20. Coursed rubble limestone with stone slate roof. Ashlar chimney to left rebuilt C20. Two storeys and attic, two bays. Ground floor has C20 double shop doors to left in former window opening with flat stone arch. To right is a wide C20 shop window in rendered surround, with former porch in front. Porch has hipped slate roof on wooden posts and formerly sheltered central door and window. First floor has two C20 three-light wooden casements with original flat stone arches. Gabled roof dormer with C20 three-light metal casement. Large C20 casements in left gable end. Lower two storey wing to rear with irregular casements and doors.
