Details
CHARLBURY PARK STREET SP3519 5/78 (Grammar School Hill) (East side) Lee Cottage GV II
House. Late C17 with C19 alterations. Coursed squared rubble; stone slate roof. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range with gabled cross wing to left. Former door in centre replaced by C20 leaded and lattice-glazed windows. Now entered from the left side. Sash windows with glazing bars throughout. Moulded wooden eaves cornice to right wing has Greek fret. 2 gabled dormers have casements with glazing bars. Small oval window with radial glazing bars in left gable. 3 stone chimneys (rebuilt). Interior not inspected.
