House. C17 and C18. Timber framed with clapboarding and stucco render
which is colourwashed. Plain tiled roof. Single storey with attic. Two-
cell baffle-entry plan with added cell. Entrance front: C18 portion is at
right and has a 1/2-glazed C19 doorway at left and a 2-light casement at
right. The C17 portion at left has a brick plinth, with clapboarding to
the ground floor and stuccoed to the first floor where it is grooved in
imitation of ashlar. Doorway to left of centre with 2-light C19 casement
window to right and left. To the first floor are three C19 gabled dormer
windows and to the ridge is a stack at left of centre. To the far left is
a C19 or C20 lean-to at ground floor level which has a 2-light casement
window. The rear has a projecting outshut to left with a lean-to roof and
a 2-light casement window and to far right a 3-light casement window. The
attic has three 2-light gabled dormer windows.

Interior: close-studding, chamfered ceiling beams and jowled wall posts to
ground and first floor rooms.
