Two houses, built as one in late C17. Two storeys and attics. Timber-framed and plastered. Glazed pantiled roof once thatched (the rear slope has unglazed red pantiles). Axial chimney of red brick. Mid C19 small pane casements with hoodmoulds. Two four-panelled C19 entrance doors, the upper panels glazed; both doorways hoodmoulded. A continuous rear pantiled outshut is probably a C19 addition. Some typical unmoulded framing; exposed chamfered floorjoists laid flat, in hall and parlour; arch wind-braced studwork. A blocked lintelled open fireplace in the hall.
