Cottage. Circa 1715 extended in late C20. Old Ivy Cottage is the original building except for one room on the left ground floor which belongs to Little Ivy. Ground floor brick rendered,- first floor tile- hung. Tiled roof with end brick chimneystacks. Two storeys; 3 windows. First floor has 16-pane sashes. Ground floor has C20 casements. Central C20 porch. Old Ivy Cottage has one storey C20 extension to south. Little Ivy has one storey 1971 extension to north.
