GREAT WISHFORD SOUTH STREET SU 03 NE (west side) 3/24 Tudor Cottage (formerly listed as House ll0yd 23.3.60. south-south-west of Church GV II Detached cottage. Early C18. Flemish bond brick with vitrified headers and stone quoins, tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-windowed; casements. Chequered flint and stone plinth with 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned cellar casement to right. Central 4-panelled door in chamfered stone surround in gabled brick porch, 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement either side. Moulded string course to first floor; 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement either side of central 2- light mullioned casement. Left return has single recessed chamfered light to first floor, coped verges. Rear has outshut with single recessed chamfered light and planked door, 2-light mullioned casement to right, half-hipped dormer to outshut with 2- light leaded casement. Interior has chamfered beams, open fireplace with chamfered lintel on stone jambs with bread oven, winding stairs to outshut, doors with 2 raised panels.
