1. 5018 SIPSON ROAD SIPSON No 595 (Sipson House) TQ 0777 34A/397 II 2. Late c18. Brown brick. 2 storeys and basement, 5 double hung sashes with sills and rubbed flat arches. Basement cement rendered. Doorway; Roman Doric pilasters, semi-circular arch with voussoirs and archivolt, traceried fanlight; long flight of steps up with cast iron railings. 1st floor brick band. Parapet, old tile roof. Left hand C19 1-storey 1-window outshut.
