Barns about 20m south south west of Green Farm House (formerly listed as Green Farmhouse and barns)

Two barns. Earlier barn to south is c.1600, altered C19 and C20. Timber
frame with block infill, rendered. Steeply pitched corrugated sheet roof. 5
bays. To yard a C19 midstrey, a C20 opening on left end, central double doors
with flanking casement windows to rear. Attached to right end is second barn,
1758 carved on a post, altered C20. Timber frame largely replaced by Fletton
brick, whitewashed. Steeply pitched corrugated sheet roof. 8 narrow bays.
Right end lean-to outshut. To rear double doors and casement windows.
Interior: early barn has close studding with mid-rails, reverse curved arched
braces halved outside studs in end walls, arched braces to cambered tie beams,
double butt purlin roof with reverse curved and arched windbraces. C18 barn
is part storeyed, arched braces to tie beams, double butt purlin roof.
