Details

1. 5018 HIGH STREET (North-East Side) UXBRID3E No 118 TQ 0584 SW 18/266 8.5.50. II GV 2. Mid C18 front masking C17 structure. 2 storeys, attic and sunk basement, 5 windows. High pitched roof hipped at left now slated. One flat dormer. Brown brick with parapet. Red brick dressings include cornice band and parapet coping and gauged flat window arches. Rendered basement plinth. Sash windows in old flush moulded frames, those on 1st floor replaced. 3 steps to late C18 6-panel door in panelled reveal with architrave and keyblock. Doorcase of fluted pilasters, entablatures and open pediment. Rear view shows C17 shape with very high pitched hipped tiled roof.

Nos 118 to 120 (consec), Nos l22 and 123 form a group.
