GV II

Gazebo at east end of Great Terrace. C18. Limestone ashlar, stone slate roof, ashlar stack. Octagonal. Double doors with fielded panels facing terrace, Ionic pilasters flanking door and 12-pane sash either side, two other sashes in moulded architraves. Dentil cornice to octagonal roof. Interior has eared stone fireplace, early C20 panelled dado. This gazebo moved by H. Peto from elsewhere in the garden and set on present site with flagged paving and balustrading facing south west.
