Farmhouse. Early C18. Rubblestone; squared and random. Stone slate hipped roof. L-plan. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Central door has chamfered case. Either side is one 4-light ovolo mullioned window with king mullion and drip mould. First floor has 3-light, 2-light and 3-light ovolo mullioned windows. Moulded eaves cornice. Left return has 3-light ovolo mullioned windows with drip mould to ground. Right return has central door with chamfered door case, and one 3-light ovolo mullioned either side. Above are three 2-light windows. Rear has C20 kitchen extension. Relieving arches over ground floor window to right of front and on right return. Interior: timber lintel over large fireplace in room to left of entrance. House is of two phases; late C17 house is rubblestone and survives to right of front, windows have relieving arches. Early house is rubblestone and survives to right of front, windows have relieving arches. Early C18 wing added to left created a symmetrical front, hipped roof with eaves cornice also of this phase.
