CHAPMANSLADE HIGH STREET ST 8247 (south side) 12/57 No 82 (formerly listed as Nos 80 and 82) 11.9.68 GV II Pair of houses at end of row, now one house. Late C18. English garden wall bond brick, pantiled roof with coped verges, rendered stacks. Two-storey, 2:3-window. Door with 6 reeded panels in chamfered stone case with flat stone hood on brackets and 16-pane sash either side to right three bays, 12-pane and 16-pane sash in blocked doorway to left. First floor has 3-brick plat band, 12- pane and 16-pane sash to left, 16-pane, 12-pane and 16-pane sashes to right. Front divided by pilasters, plain blocking course to roof. Left return has single casement to ground floor, 4-pane sash with margin lights to first floor. Rear has planked door and 3- light casement with 4-pane sash to first floor to right, C20 two- storey wing and C19 wing to left with 4-pane and 16-pane sashes, lean-to to left has sashes and casements. Interior not inspected.
