Details
HIGHAM MARSH ROAD TM 03 NW (east side, off) 3/11 - Old Mill House - II House. Mid C18 with later alterations including extending in width to rear and re-roofing. Red brick in Flemish bond with some dark brick headers. Slate roof. White brick stacks. 2 storeys, 6-window front. Central 6-panel door under radial fanlight in doorcase with fluted engaged columns with paterae in friezes and cornice hood, panelled reveals. Two flush sashes to left of door with sills under flat gauged brick arches, 16-pane sash with internal shutters to right. 4-course 1st floor band. 12-pane sashes in flush architraves with sills under flat gauged brick arches to 1st floor. Interior not inspected.
