Pair of houses, now 6 dwellings. Dated WRM / 1786 on plaque. Coursed, squared gritstone, coated stone slate roof. Reflected pair (now subdivided). 3 storeys, 4 bays. Large quoins. Door to right of bay 1 in quoined surround with deep lintel, to its right an inserted door with shallow lintel. A similar insertion adjacent to door to left of bay 4. C20 doors. Four 2-light mullion windows to each floor, all in square-faced surrounds with projecting sills. 12-pane sashes to bay 2 ground and first floors,otherwise later sashes and casements. Band between each floor. Date plaque to centre of second floor. Stone gutter brackets. Shouldered ashlar.stacks with plain bands to ends and ridge centre, 2 smaller ridge stacks between, Rear: central steps up to 2 doors in quoined surrounds, To each side a window, 2-lights wide and 4-lights high with square-faced mullions and transoms, central 4 lights blocked. Later outshut to right. Barn attached to left, conservatory to front of bay 1 and garage to right not of special interest.
