Outbuilding approx 10 metres east of Saville Hall (formerly listed with the Hall)

Farmbuilding. C17. Coursed squared rubble with quoins. Stone slate roof.
T-shape plan. Two storeys. Approximately four internal bays. The front is
obscured at ground-floor level by a later lean-to addition. Two 2-light
double-chamfered windows (mullions removed) and round-arched ventilation
slits to first floor. Hollow-chamfered gable copings on moulded kneelers.
Near-central wing at rear with two small ground-floor openings (that to right
arched), and a 2-light double-chamfered window to first floor and gable apex
(mullions removed). Part-blocked first-floor arched doorway to right return
of wings. To the right of the wing is small, blocked, double-arched opening
to ground floor and a 2-light double-chamfered window to first floor (mullion
removed). The left return has a Tudor-arched quoined doorway to each floor.
