13/122 Fox House 19/4/72 Farmhouse and attached cottage (formerly listed as Fox House Farmhouse and barn).

Farmhouse. WGA 1738 on plaque. Deeply coursed and squared gritstone to front elevation otherwise gritstone rubble, stone slate roofs, 2-room plan with partial outshut and attached cottage to right rear. 2 storeys, 2 windows to first floor. Large quoins. Doorway to left of centre has bonded ashlar surround. Flanking 3-light windows with square-faced stone surrounds and wood casements, no mullions. 2 similar windows to first floor. Date plaque above door. Moulded kneelers, gable copings and ashlar end stacks with band and cornice. Right return: 2-storey cottage attached at rear has double-chamfered mullion windows, moulded kneelers , gable copings and brick end stack. Damaged stone roof. Cottage interior retains some plank and muntin partitioning and a corbelled stone fireplace.
