(Formerly listed as The Kings Arms Public House)

House, a public house and hotel at time of listing, later subdivided into housing C17, extended to ends in 1930s. Timber framed, clad below in whitewashed render on brick plinth, tile hung above with plain-tiled roofs. Two storeys, and attics, in large gable-end cross wing to right; one two-light attic window. Multiple stacks, part rebuilt, on ridge to left of centre, further stacks to rear. Gabled end flush to left with C20 leaded casement fenestration, one window on first floor, one four-light window below. Two first floor windows to centre range, two first floor windows on right hand gable. One four-light window to ground floor centre, two windows to right, all under canopies. Half-glazed door to left of centre, blocked door to right of centre at junction with cross wing. Pentice to right.
Interior: some frame exposed although most is imitation.
