GV II
House. Early to mid C18. Grey brick headers with red brick quoins & dressings. Moulded brick cornice to plain tiled roof with gable parapets, end stacks and 3 segment-headed dormers. 2 storeys, basement and attic with plinth and platband. Regular 5 window front, glazing bar sashes with gauged heads and red brick dressed surrounds. Wooden slats over first floor windows, louvred shutters to ground floor windows. Central entrance with arched reveals, panelled door and Gothic-glazed fanlight. Doric pilastered surround supporting entablature hood. Segment-headed windows to basement. Arrow-headed railings to west surrounding area.
