House. Dated 1687, with late C18 addition and C20 additions and restoration. For the Rich family. Coursed squared rubble. Renewed stone slate roof. Two storeys. Five bays. Quoins. The three left bays are the early part having doorway (part-blocked) to right with slightly cambered lintel inscribed: "AG : y 16 1687" Two 2-light double-chamfered window to each floor to left (with renewed mullions) and a single light over the doorway. The right part of the elevation is late C18 with a C20 doorway with single light over and a restored 2-light flat-faced mullion window, to each floor, to right. Gable copings on moulded kneelers, hollow-chamfered to left, plain to right. Rendered stacks. C20 additions and restoration to rear.
