Former club house. Formerly Eight Feathers Club. 1855, Horace Francis. Gothic Revival. In red brick with black diaper and stone dressings, slate roof to parapet. Symmetrical. Three storeys, one window centre (tower), one storey, two windows wings and two storey one window gabled end pavilions. Oriel to tower with ogee tracery. South wing and pavilion, renamed Sullivan House, includes Thames, East and South Lodges.
