Single cottage. C18. Rubble walls, washed. Patent tile roof with gable ends. One brick stack at former left hand gable. One and a half storeys. Three windows, wooden casements with wood glazing bars, one with lead lights. Gauged brick window heads under the wash. Front door at former centre, plank with wooden door frame.
Interior: large open fireplace with brick jambs and chamfered wooden lintel over. Gable end to the lane. Forms a matching pair with Birds Cottage.
