Farmhouse. Early C18. Red brick walls (Flemish bond). Some burnt headers. Slate roof and galvanised iron roof with gable ends. 3 brick stacks, one at each gable end and one intermediate at end of house proper. Plan: House with dairy and cheese room at west end under same roof. 2 storeys. 5 windows. 3 light wooden casene nts with small panes under segmental arch-heads. Front door at centre of house part with a 2-leaf C19 front door. Brick porch with segmental-headed wood lintel, with a straight chamfer, C18. Interior: ceiling beams, straight-chamfered. Wide C18 fireplace with brick jambs and filleted stop chamfered lintel over. Wide plank-and-muntin partition.

Attached brick wall, enclosing part of the west side of yard, circa 12 feet high and 30 feet long in Flemish bond.
