Farmhouse now house and attached domestic range. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Attached range C18/C19. Main part. Ironstone ashlar. Steeply pitched C20-tile roof. Stone-coped gables. 3 stone ridge and end stacks with renewed shafts. 3-unit plan, 2 storeys plus attic. 4 window range. Entrance off-centre to left has panelled/glazed door with keyblock stone lintel. Ground floor has three 4- and 5-light metal casement windows in wood frames. First floor has four 4-light similar windows. Lead cames, 2 gabled roof dormers. Range attached to rear. Coursed ironstone rubble. Slate roof. Renewed brick and stacks, 2-unit plan. 2 storeys, 1-window range. C20 entrance on left. Ground and first floors have 2- and 3-light metal casements in wood frames some with lead cames, crown glass and wrought -iron casement fasteners. Interiors not inspected
