Headless Cross
(Formerly listed as Headless Cross, ARBORETUM)

Probably Early Medieval. Fragment of a tapered stone shaft on large square base with 3 stone steps. Formerly stood at west end of Friar Gate and was probably a Plague Cross. The cross was moved back to Friar Gate in June 1979.
